About Us
With a career that spans over 30
years in Hawaii as a Licensed General Contractor, Manny
Manfredi has built several homes and remodeled hundreds
of residential and commercial properties. He has also
bought and sold many fixer-upper properties in Hawaii.
By now, Manny has inspected more than 7,500 homes here
in Hawaii and is a pioneer in the inspection field.
He has taught numerous inspection seminars in Hawaii
and has trained many other inspectors.
Since 1987 Manny has been a construction expert involved
in the investigation of construction problems for the
Hawaii Contractor License Board. He was involved in
many cases as a court expert witness for the Regulated
Industry and Complaint Offices of Hawaii (RICO).
Manny has served as President of The American Society
of Home Inspectors Inc. ASHI®, Hawaii Chapter.
For several years now, Manny has participated as a guest
speaker for termite workshops sponsored by the Hawaii
Pest Control Association.
