The detailed inspection and 14 page written report includes:
• Condition of roof and roof components
• Structural condition of foundations, floors, and walls
• Water drainage and control around the house
• Exterior walls, sidewalk, driveways, patio, and fences
• Interior walls, ceilings, floors, windows, and doors
• Electrical system, lines, panels, safety, and recommendations
• Condition of water heater, water, and sewer lines
• Functional testing of all plumbing fixtures
• Recommendations for maintenance and care of property
• Functional test of built-in aplliances

Standards of Practice
The scope of Manny's inspections are in accordance with the Standards of Practice of the American Society of Home Inspectors, ASHI®. Such inspections are visual. A representative sample of building components are viewed in areas that are accessible at the time of the inspection. We perform no destructive testing or dismantling of building components.

Limits of Visual Inspections
This is only a visual inspection: the inspection and report are the opinion of the inspector at the time of the inspection and does not provide any warranties or guarantees of any type. The maximum liability of the inspector is limited to the fee paid for the inspection service.
